With over 20 years of experience as a registered Social Worker and Therapist, I have supported young people, adults, and families across mental health, healthcare, and community settings. I have a particular interest in treating eating disorders and bring extensive experience in working with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related difficulties, PTSD, and major life transitions.

At the heart of my practice is a strong belief in the healing power of a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and genuinely understood. Whether you’re seeking relief from psychological distress or aiming for greater balance and fulfilment, I will meet you where you are. Together, we will explore your struggles, strengths, and hopes—with the goal of supporting meaningful and lasting improvement in your mental wellbeing.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, drawing on evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am trained in EMDR and particularly value its effectiveness in supporting recovery from trauma. I am also an approved ACC provider for sensitive claims.
