Amy’s clinical approach is evidence-based, client-focused and compassionate. At the core of her work is respect for our shared humanity and the importance of offering a safe and caring space to recover. She will work with you to understand the good reasons that your difficulties developed, and what keeps them going. Most importantly she will work with you to find tried and tested ways of making change in the psychological patterns that are keeping you stuck.

Amy has recently returned to Aotearoa after many years in the United Kingdom, and enjoys time in our great outdoors.
